Terms and conditions for Rooftop Spin Pass - Non-Church Park Resident
You must purchase this pass if you do NOT live in the Church Park Apartments.
All clients must have an executed waiver prior to participating in class.
All Rooftop Spin classes are subject to inclement weather. MOVE reserves the right to cancel any class due to weather. Should a class be cancelled due to weather, passes may be used for another class.
You must either live in the respective building where yoga is being held, or be a guest of a resident in order to purchase and use this pass. MOVE is not responsible for passes purchased not under these conditions.

Cancellation Policy
The MOVE policy allows you to reschedule at any time provided you give AT LEAST 24 hours advanced notice. Classes that are cancelled with insufficient notice, or those that you simply do not show up, for will be forfeited without a refund.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, MOVE reserves the right to charge you for that class without participation.
