Membership Policy

Memberships include ONLY what is stated in the membership description.

Cancellation Policy

The MOVE policy allows you to cancel your membership at any time. However, membership fees are due on YOUR plan start date monthly (if your plan starts on the 13th of the month, you will be charged every 13th). If you choose to cancel, we ask for a minimum of 24 HOURS BEFORE that day. If you have been charged for that month, and want to cancel thereafter, you may maintain access to the app for that month, but will NOT be refunded for that month.
