Chelsea Mancini

Chelsea became passionate about proper human movement, rehabilitation and strength training after a high school soccer injury of a torn ACL. For the past 4 years, she has worked as a personal trainer, helping women navigate weight loss goals, healthy pregnancies, and general well-being. Upon completing study with the Nutritional Therapy Association, she decided to make a shift to nutrition coaching. She believes in a foundational, bio-individual approach to nutrition, treating the root cause first rather than just surface symptoms. With the help of in-depth assessment and analysis, she aims to help her clients take control over their nutrition to support the demands of day to day life.
