Laura Savage

By day I’m a CPA, but I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness. As an active member in the Boston fitness scene, I enjoy teaching cycling as well as a variety of group fitness classes. I love the power of exercise to help you relieve stress and feel good, so I make it my goal to have every participant leave my class feeling accomplished, knowing they showed up to do something good for themselves. I hold certifications in Stages cycling as well as AFAA Group Fitness and am always looking to try the latest fitness trend! When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me at the beach or trying out a new restaurant with friends. I love bringing people together and cannot wait to sweat with you!
