MOVE Limitless
MOVE Limitless, Movement Over Everything's Accessory Remote Coaching Platform, allows you a 1-on-1 relationship with a MOVE coach no matter where in the world you are. Your movement will be assessed through a video assessment, and video guided (through an app) programming will be assigned to you to complete to improve your movement.
Your journey begins with a conversation with your MOVE Limitless coach. They will guide you every step of the way! They'll ensure you understand your access to the app, and assign you the guided assessment. We will send you a tripod to make it easier to film your assessment and send it to us!
Once we receive your assessment video(s), your coach will review the information and begin programming for you in the app! All exercises have videos attached so that you know what is expected, however, your coach will be your resource also. This programming should be completed and logged in the app so your coach knows that you are completing it!
Your coach will update the app and your programming each month based off how you are feeling and progressing...until you can MOVE Limitless!
