This class will focus on synchronizing breath with movement as we build on fundamental principles and explore strength and balance in our bodies. This practice will build heat, improve posture, strengthen the body and leave you feeling empowered. This is an all levels class.

Zone Cycle: Come on in for the ride that will give you a great mix of aerobic and anaerobic training. If you like to experience the “heat” of interval training, this class is for you! With a foot forward in wanting that extra push, this class will promote a "no limits" mentality, and challenge you to let go of prior conceptions of physical boundaries, optimizing your "bang for your buck" in this motivating class. Beginners are welcome, but advanced or intermediate cyclists, get ready to take on new challenges! This class will run 45 minutes and will take place on the roof of the Church Park Apartments.
MOVE Midday Mobility $20 per class Purchase required to enroll
Midday Mobility is a low intensity flexibility and mobility class designed specifically for elderly and/or sedentary populations. The goal of the class is to help work on restoring or increasing joint range of motion and strength through dynamic stretching and light, predominantly bodyweight exercise. No fitness experience is required, and specific adjustments can be made for any injuries or restrictions on an individual basis. The class meets in the fitness center Wednesday and Friday mornings at 10:15am for 45 minutes.

With this option you'll start with a 60 minute call to go over your current concerns and goals, dive deep into your assessment paperwork, and discuss the best path forward. You’ll receive a detailed plan and recommendations based off your first call as well as additional 30 minute check in calls every other week during your three months. On weeks without a call check-in, your Nutritional Therapy Practitioner will check in with you via email.
Additionally, re-assessments are included in this service at both weeks 6 and 12 to ensure you are making significant progress.

In our small group for advanced strength and power we will review the basics of your movement patterns, as well as coach you through a number of dynamic plyometric movements. This group will also learn the fundamentals of olympic lifting (clean only) to aid in power development.
