MOVE Midday Mobility

Midday Mobility is a low intensity flexibility and mobility class designed specifically for elderly and/or sedentary populations. The goal of the class is to help work on restoring or increasing joint range of motion and strength through dynamic stretching and light, predominantly bodyweight exercise. No fitness experience is required, and specific adjustments can be made for any injuries or restrictions on an individual basis. The class meets in the fitness center Wednesday and Friday mornings at 10:15am for 45 minutes.
