Meg Braciska
Meghan is a full time Sports Physical Therapist with a
passion for training athletes outside of her work day. She has experience in
training athletes of all levels from the D1 collegiate and club levels, to
weekend warriors, and those just looking to begin their fitness journey. Meghan
has advanced training in coaching the female athlete including the pregnant and
postpartum populations, the endurance athlete, runners, and more. Meghan's
use of evidence-based training principles, expertise in movement / gait
analysis, and her extensive experience in rehabilitation settings is sure to
help you reach your goals while maintaining injury free. In her spare time
Meghan enjoys running marathons, hiking, and rock climbing.
