Michelle Boutet

As a Registered Dietitian with over seven years of health and fitness experience, Michelle knows first-hand how important the food we eat is to athletic performance and everyday life. She believes that eating healthy is a lifestyle, and strives to educate others on how to fuel their bodies not just for fitness, but for living each day to its fullest. She provides nutrition coaching and customized diet plans for various heath goals such as weight loss, fitness performance, disease prevention and management, and overall health and well-being. She is motivated by her drive to help people find balance with eating healthy, exercising, and living an active life. She wants people to realize that eating well should be part of an everyday routine – no fad diets required.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of New Hampshire, and completed her graduate nutrition coursework at Simmons College, and dietetic internship at the University of Delaware. She is also a Board Certified Sports Dietitian (CSSD).

Remaining connected with the fitness community in Boston, Michelle spends her free time pushing her limits in CrossFit, practicing yoga, going for walks and bike rides, listening to podcasts, and trying new recipes. She loves checking out new restaurants, traveling, hiking, snowboarding, and visiting local breweries.

Michelle hopes to educate, motivate, and inspire her clients to lead a happy, active, and balanced life by finding the most nourishing foods for their bodies. Whether it's increasing strength and energy, losing a few (or gaining a few) pounds, running faster, recovering from an illness, or just feeling better, she fearlessly guides clients to look and feel their best.
